Employee Pass-Through Fund (735)
The Employee Fund provides assistance to CAMC employees who experience personal
financial emergencies.
Prevention First Program Fund (738)
The Prevention First Program, at Charleston Area Medical Center’s Women and
Children’s Hospital, provides care for underserved and high-risk patients.
Funded through proceeds from the CAMC Foundation’s annual Gala, Prevention
First has created a positive and healing presence in Southern West Virginia.
Children's Pass-Through Fund (739)
This fund is used to support for children's programs and services at Women and
Children's Hospital. Gifts to support the Bereavement Group, Teddy Bear Fair,
NICU graduation party and other events that promote children' services are
deposited in the fund.
Dr. Sharon L. Parker Cancer Pass-Through Fund (939-12)
Established in 1992 to support cancer research later purpose was expanded to
included support for CAMC cancer programs.
Justin Ray Neonatal ICU Pass Thru Fund (939-15)
Donations are used to purchase equipment and other items for the NICU unit.
Kelly Culver Pharmacy Scholarship Fund (939-16)
Kelly's parents established the scholarship fund in her memory.
Mary F. McKnight Physical Therapy Scholarship Fund (939-17)
The fund provides scholarships to qualified applicants pursuing a career in
physical therapy.
Salamie Family Diabetes Pass-Through Fund (939-2)
The fund is available to assist persons participating in the diabetes center's
educational process. May be used for staff and patient education expenses
and also to assist patients with purpose of diabetic medication and supplies.
Toni Kidd Memorial Education Pass-Through Fund (939-21)
Established by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Melton in 1994. The purpose of
the fund is to support education expenses for CAMC employees.
End Stage Renal Disease Pass-Through Fund (939-23)
Fund is used to support indigent renal patients: medications, travel expenses
including lodging, supplies.
Women & Children's Medicine Center Pass-Through Fund
(939-24)
Educational materials, patient care items and toys for pediatric center.
Ryan White Pass Through Fund (939-35)
Supports HIV/Aids for educational and training expenses for staff and patients.
Nephrology Pass-Through Fund (939-39)
To support research and educational programs and services.
Physical Therapy Pass-Through Fund (939-52)
Money is to be used to fund equipment and program needs for physical therapy
department.
WVU Pediatrics Program Pass-Through Fund (939-56)
Supports the WVU pediatrics department and its mission and the patients
served. The fund can be used for educational expenses of residents and
students in the department.
WVU Behavioral Medicine Program Fund (939-57)
Supports the WVU Behavioral Medicine Department. May be used for
educational expenses of the residents and students.
Simulation Center Pass-Through Fund (939-60)
Donations are used to purchase equipment and other items for The Patient
Simulation Center. The Patient Simulation Center will be available to
medical students, residents. CRNA students, nursing students, nurses and other
health care professionals.
Weight Loss Program Pass Through Fund (939-62)
To support weight loss program, educational supplies, seminars and other program
needs.
Minor Durable Equipment Pass Through Fund (939-63)
Donations to be used to purchase minor durable equipment and
supplies for any CAMC dept, hospital and/or off site facility.
Obstertrics Gynecology Education Pass Through Fund (939-64)
Money donated will be used to pay for educational expenses such as conference
fees, travel, lodging and meals incurred by OB/GYN residents.
Brain
Injury Rehabilitation Program (939-68)
The purpose of the fund will be to support activities of the Brain Injury
Program in community outreach projects to increase awareness of the potential
devastating effects of brain injury in the lives of individuals.
Infant
Warmers Pass-Through Fund (939-69)
To support the purchase of new infant warmers for the Neo Natal Intensive Care
Unit (NICU) at Women & Children's Hospital.
Bone
Densitometer Pass-through Fund (939-70)
To support the purchase of a bone density-measuring machine for Women &
Children's Hospital.
Together
for Kids Pass-through Fund (939-73)
The organization provides an urgently needed national fundraising mechanism for
its member hospitals, helping them care for seriously ill children and tackle
the toughest health issues facing all kids, with a focus on childhood obesity
and accident prevention.
Department of Medicine Education Pass-Through Fund (943)
Donations are restricted for dept of medicine projects and programs.
