One-time gift / On-going gift

You may make a one-time or on-going gift to support the CAMC Foundation. Your charitable gifts enhance our ability to deliver crucial medical services to the disadvantaged, particularly low-income individuals and families. Your on-going gift pledge can be designated as a monthly gift or an annual donation. You may even select the payment date you wish your gift to be made by filling out our online form, unrestricted or designated to an area of need.

Tribute gift (honor or memorialize someone special)

Donors who contribute to the CAMC Foundation often do so because health programs have touched their lives in some way.  Memorial and honor gifts are often received to create a lasting tribute of someone special or to honor a health care provider who made a difference while at CAMC. As with all gifts to the foundation, you may restrict your tribute gift to benefit an area of interest or make your gift unrestricted to serve an area of immediate need.
